I help people restore mobility, build real strength, and move with confidence—so they can do the things they love without pain holding them back. My approach combines yoga, Pilates, and functional movement, tailored to your needs. The goal? Less stiffness, better balance, deeper sleep, and a body that works for you, not against you.

I came to yoga and movement work in my thirties. I played hockey and other sports, but afterward, I often felt stiff and achy. At first, I assumed it was just my age. But when I started practicing yoga and learning how to move more intelligently, I realized that strength and flexibility training could make me feel more agile and at ease than ever before. Nearly two decades later, I remain fully active—without the aches and pains I once thought were inevitable. I credit my yoga and movement practice for making this possible.

I work one-on-one with clients to rebuild mobility, strength, and balance. No forced flexibility, no pushing through pain—just smart, sustainable movement designed to help you feel stronger, lighter, and more at home in your body.
