Meet Jonathan.
With over 15 years of experience teaching and practicing yoga, meditation, and Pilates, Jonathan has an in-depth understanding of the body and how to design sequences that cater to each student’s specific needs. His movement journey began humbly which has shaped his teaching approach: to gently guide each practice with an intuitive blend of encouragement and support. After owning a yoga studio for 9 years at Yonge and Eglington in downtown Toronto, he transitioned to hosting private and small group sessions in his home studio near Christie Pitts Park while also coordinating yoga retreats in Costa Rica. He appreciates the level of dedication required to improve and is committed to helping you leave each session feeling stronger, energized, and inspired.
Beyond the studio, Jonathan is an avid tennis player, cyclist, and surfer. He loves live music and travels in pursuit of the sun and sea with his furry friend, Hima.
