Yoga to Stay Healthy and Vibrant

Patience, discipline and determination are three values I try to live in my day to day life. They are most evident in my yoga practice, and the elements involved in making yoga a source for remaining strong and vibrant.

A decade ago I interviewed a great aunt in New York City. She was 95 and still did yoga. I asked her if she had any secrets to living a long, healthy life. At the time she was still travelling 3 months a year, living alone without any help, and taking the subway. She was reading books in 3 languages, and with a full schedule. This past December the video caught some kind of algorithm and over 300,000 people watched it on Youtube. They were inspired by her life force and energy.
