Learn how to teach Restorative Yoga – the Right Way!
This 40-hour training will be a rich exploration geared toward expanding both the personal knowledge and teaching skills of each student. Students will learn the joys of restorative yoga through first-hand experience of the postures, and will also gain hands-on skills in how to teach and assist students of all levels.
Furthermore, students will learn the Ayurvedic, physiological, emotional, and biomechanical elements and benefits of each pose.
An extensive repertoire of beginner and advanced postures will be passed on to practitioners with all the detail necessary to bring depth and life-changing benefits to their students.
We’ll explore how to set up the postures with full prop support, as well as how to modify classes when fewer props are available. This training fulfills the Yoga Alliance requirements for Continuing Education, and includes a minimum of 1.5 hours of personalized project follow-up.
