Our Toronto yoga studio supportively offers Mom and baby postnatal yoga classes for moms and babys to enjoy together. Move, meet other moms, and feel great.
Come join other new moms and their babies in this all-levels class to tone and restore strength after childbirth.
The class will focus on rebuilding strength in the upper body, abdomen and pelvic floor, while incorporating baby into the poses. Class is appropriate from 4 weeks and up until they are mobile and crawling.
